● For replacement
In principle, we will respond even if you wish to exchange instead of refunding, but we may not be able to accept exchange because it is impossible to arrange the same product. In that case, please note that it will be refunded.
● Returns due to customer convenience
Please note that we do not support "refunds / exchanges" for your convenience. * Customer convenience refers to all cases except initial defects and product defects.
-Products that have been opened, used, made-to-order products, custom-made products, engraved products, handmade products, translation ant products, etc. will not be exchanged if the content related to product defects is specified.
・ When ordering handmade products (candles, soaps, sachets, herbals, etc.), the colors, arrangements, and shapes of the details may differ from the photos shown, as they are all made in one piece. We cannot accept returns due to differences. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
・ Due to product renewal, the package design, product name, and product specifications may change without notice. We cannot accept returns for this reason. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance when placing an order.
・ Cancellation / change cannot be accepted after the order is confirmed on the order screen. Please be sure to check the order details (product, amount, quantity, date, address, etc.) before confirming your order.
・ If you do not receive the item due to a long absence or refusal to receive it after shipping the item, we will charge the round-trip shipping fee as the actual shipping fee.
● Return shipping fee ※ The return price of the product will be borne by our shop, so please send it by cash on delivery.
